How do I make an offer?

Is the home move in ready?

Yes, you can move in at your convenience- absolutely no waiting for the owners to move out!

Is financing vailable by the owner?

No. Cash or bank financing only please.

Do the appliances come with the house?

Yes! Matching GE Profile Gas Stove/Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer, and Dishwasher are included with purchase!

Is there a garage?

Yes, the property has a quite large, well lighted two-car garage with lots of storage area! It might also be used as a wood or auto hobby shop, or for storing one vehicle and a small Class A boat!

Does the lawn mower come with the property?

Yes! A Craftsman 54" Riding Lawn Mower is included with the property. And it only takes about 35 minutes to cut both front and back yards! Don't want to do it yourself? There are several reputable lawn service companies available in the area!

What about the Landscaping?

By removing the older trees and shrubs, we have created a blank slate for your individual landscaping vision!

Is this property for sale "As Is?

Yes, the property is for sale in "As In Condition," however, small cosmetic improvements continue to be made by the owner until the date of sale. If you have something in mind, please let us know and we'll consider all requests.
